Products and Services
General Information
All Purchases will be shipped within 3 business days after payment conformation unless otherwise stated or arranged.*
All orders will be shipped USPS Parcel Post. Additional charges for USPS Priority or Express Mail options are at customer’s expense.
Orders requested to be shipped by other shipping services are at additional cost to customer and may delay shipping time.

In-stock Merchandise
In-stock merchandise is defined as any pre-made item not requiring alterations or catering to made-to-order requests before shipping.
Ordering of in-stock items can be completed by using PayPal’s secured server via www.craftsnkeepsakes.com, or by Contacting me to request a mail order for to be used through email or postal mail services.
Returns are only accepted on in-stock (pre-made) items. Notification of Purchase returns must be made within 7 business days. Returns will only be accepted if item is in its original packaging AND in its original “brand new” condition. Return shipping charges is at purchaser's expense.
Keepsake Service Orders
A Custom-design order is defined as any made-to-order request according to the individual’s specifications that does not utilize an in-stock form.
Custom-design orders are made by Contacting me with requests.
No Custom-design work will commence until after the first consultation and a deposit of 50% of the estimated total price has been received and confirmed by the crediting source. Custom-design orders will be shipped 7 - 10 business days after payment conformation. Due to the creative nature of Custom-design orders, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance; therefore, Country Road Crafts N Keepsakes offers a one-time-only limited makeover at the owner’s discretion.
Special Orders
A Special Order is defined as any pre-made/in-stock item that has pre-defined alternation options to met customers personal preferences. Special Orders require a two-week minimum completion date and are shipped 3 - 7 business days after payment conformation. Due to the personal preference options of Special Orders, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. All Sales are final.
Appropriate Material
Only “appropriate” materials submitted by client will be used in the creation of any/or all products or services. “Appropriate” is defined as any or all materials that DO NOT submit to any pornographic, violent, or sexual content.
