Keepsake Service Orders
For all Keepsake Services (Custom-design orders): All ordering inforamtion can be found through my Keepsakes Service section on my home page. Client can download all applicable paper work that needs to be filled out prior to first consultation. Consultation is of client’s desecration and may be completed via telephone, email, or in written form utilizing postal mail.
All Keepsake Service orders need to be accompanied with a Client Worksheet, a signed Contract, and a Deposit for the full Total price. The Contract will be signed and dated by both the client and the designer (Tina M. Duel) in order for any Custom-design work to commence.
PLEASE NOTE: If consultation is completed by postal mail, completion time of Custom-design work may be delayed.

Payment Information
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. All payment information goes through PayPal’s secured server site. Country Road Crafts ‘N Keepsakes DOES NOT retain any payment information on its web site.
Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express) are accepted through the PayPal secured server shopping cart.
At this time, ONLY United States Postal Service Money Orders are accepted.
VT Residents add 6% Sales Tax for all orders.
Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped USPS Parcel Post. Additional charges for USPS Priority or Express Mail options are at customer’s expense.
Requests for orders to be shipped by other shipping services are at additional cost to customer and may delay shipping time.
Custom-made and Special order requests are shipped upon completion of project and payment conformation.
Insurance is not required, but it is strongly recommended. Insurance is of additional charge to customer. I will not be responsible for any uninsured lost or damaged packages.
All Purchases will be shipped within 7 - 10 business days after payment conformation unless otherwise stated or arranged.
Returns
Returns are only accepted on in-stock (pre-made) items. Notification of Purchase returns must be made within 7 business days. Returns will only be accepted if item is in its original packaging AND in its original “brand new” condition. Return shipping charges is at purchaser's expense.
Due to the creative nature of Custom-made and Special Orders, I cannot offer refunds. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance; therefore, Country Road Crafts ‘N Keepsakes offers a one-time-only limited makeover at the designer’s discretion.
