My Special Order service is designed to match items with your personal preferences. You place an order for a specific item from my store, and then I recreate that item according to your personal preferences. Choosing theme, colors, size, and even shades and hues is the freedom you have when you choose to use my Special Order service.

Depending on which item is requested for your Special Order denotes the amount of time your order will take. Once payment is cleared, the materials are purchased, the designed is drafted, and your approval of preliminary designed is confirmed, work immediately commences. In most cases, Special Order items take about 2 – 4 weeks for completion after prior steps have been met.
What is your Return Policy on Special Order items?
Unfortunately, since Special Order items are created according to individual preferences, there cannot be a refund. However; before the work commences on any Special order Project, you, the client will need to approve the preliminary design. If the preliminary design is not to your liking, I will work with you until a designed is achieved that suits your personal preferences. I strive to ensure your end product reflects your personal preferences.
